A: There is no on-site parking available at the Martin Lofts, but as a resident of a Downtown El Paso building, you can secure a parking permit from the City of El Paso at 811 Texas Ave. to purchase a downtown parking permit and park cars all year round for $30. Permit holders can park at any Downtown meter spot or City lot.
